Every item in that list will ensure Rand Paul can not win primaries. He is putting the cart before the horse. All those items are great for general election against Hillary. Rand should have waited until primaries are over. Now he has zero chance to win nomination. Rand is not a seasoned politician or is getting bad advice.
Every item on that list shows what his actual opinions are, and has nothing to do with bad advice.
What a strange thing to say, you must know that his entire life has been around politics and that he has worked on campaigns, including at least one presidential campaign.
Your other option seems to be telling us that someone is telling him what his positions are.
