I don’t do beef and I don’t do pizza. Have not had beef in a long time....but that prime rib looks like it might, just maybe...worth a trip to Morton’s.

Local butcher here "Plano" ages their beef to perfection, Hirsch's Meats on Parker.
It's very pricey but it's heaven. $20-$30 lb. They have Reg beef with lower pricing.
