Scripture is pretty clear....
Exo 22:21 Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.
Exo 23:9 Also thou shalt not oppress a stranger: for ye know the heart of a stranger, seeing ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.
If we let them stay here, we are not to oppress them.
We either deport them or treat them right. No second class citizenry in America.
That's not vexatious.
But invaders aren't strangers, and only a liberal idiot would confuse the two.

Define “oppress”?
You need to be careful about quoting bible texts. There is no moral equivalence between the invaders from south of the border and the enslaved Jews.
