Due to the new regulations and lower reimbursement rates, many healthcare providers are laying off massive amounts of workers to offset the costs of Obamacare. In 2009, Obama visited the Cleveland Clinics and touted that the example they provide would be what Obamacare would provide nationwide. Technically, he's right, just not for the better.

This will be an interesting challenge - providing medical care to 30 million more people, while spending less, so that medical care providers have less money to hire staff. What could go wrong?

My understanding of economics was that if you pay less for a commodity, less will be provided. Obviously Obama, Pelosi, and Reid are imagining a different outcome based on their superior knowledge of economics from the far left perspective.

And so the leftists have managed to cripple what should have been the growth industry of the next 20 to 30 years.

marshall law?

As in the kind of law that the sheriffs and marshals (that, by the way, is how the word is spelled) enforced in towns in the Wild West? Or are you not familiar with the word "martial" (meaning military)?

They are pronounced the same, I'll grant that, but they have different meanings.

I see no need for the nannies in Gov to control the consumer in this country. If I want to spend all my disposable income on my health care or feed my dogs Kobe beef filets what business is it of theirs?

It is my money and my dogs like Kobe!

There has to be a red line some where.

The point was not understanding...hell, I can figure out what a person who speaks broken English is saying. The point is that one should use correct English. Case in point: the personal pronoun “I” is always capitalized. All sentences begin with a capital letter, too.

Your English is worse that incorrect, it’s downright sloppy.

with all due respect...i think you meant to say “than” instead of “that” in your disparaging statement to me...”Your English is worse that incorrect, it’s downright sloppy”

everyone makes a mistake now and then...it's OK with me...and have a good day!
