I wish someone would file suit about the unconstitutionality of the Obamacare waivers and set asides for favored orgs and associations.
Obamas eligibility issue is over, the courts don’t care and the standing issue is their universal method of denying cases.
The NSA exists to supply the executive branch with the dirty little secrets of the judiciary for use when needed in such cases as this, Obamacare, tax policies, taking of private property, asset forfeiture,etc...
After what happened with Chief Justice Roberts on Obamacare being a “tax”, what makes you think that SCOTUS will ever give a right ruling on the things really critical to Obama’s thug regime? The eligibility issue is no more “over” than about a dozen other crimes Obama and his thug regime have committed, including deliberately paying and arming terrorists all over the globe; if we give up on any of them we may as well give up on all of them, because we concede that the people have no way to hold anybody accountable to the rule of law.
