Obama didn't produce a legal birth certificate and it doesn't matter. Obama told us he is a naturalized citizen: “I am a native-born citizen of the US”, the legal terminology used in the 14th Amendment, a naturalization amendment which never mentions natural born citizenship, except when its author, Congressman John Bingham, reiterated the “Born to citizen parents on our soil” definition. Obama knew the fix was in, and that the media and Republicans would never raise the issue. Except for Nathan Deal, for whom the media guns will forever be out, no congressperson has dared say a word, because they are complicit in the cover-up. Only a natural born citizen may be president. Obama was born a citizen of the British Commonwealth, again, by his own admission.

Governor Deal did not attempt to intervene when Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, approved Obama for the 2012 Georgia ballot on the recommendation of Administrative Law Judge Michael Mahili. Judge Mahili wrote in his Opinion in the Georgia eligibility challenge to Obama:
“For the purposes of this analysis, the Court considered that Barack Obama was born in the United States. Therefore, as discussed in Ankeny, he became a citizen at birth and is a natural born citizen. Accordingly, President Barack Obama is eligible as a candidate for the presidential primary under O.C.G.A. under Section 21-2-5(b).” February 3, 2012

Even after all this time, they still don’t understand the most elementary facts of Certifigate. They don’t understand why it was important for Obama to provide the best available evidence of his birthplace, and to do so long before he was elected. Ankeny is one of the dumbest court rulings you will ever find. Beyond that, what kind of idiot cites another state's rulings when he is in a different state?
