Governor Deal did not attempt to intervene when Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, approved Obama for the 2012 Georgia ballot on the recommendation of Administrative Law Judge Michael Mahili. Judge Mahili wrote in his Opinion in the Georgia eligibility challenge to Obama:
For the purposes of this analysis, the Court considered that Barack Obama was born in the United States. Therefore, as discussed in Ankeny, he became a citizen at birth and is a natural born citizen. Accordingly, President Barack Obama is eligible as a candidate for the presidential primary under O.C.G.A. under Section 21-2-5(b).” February 3, 2012
Swensson, Powell, Farrar and Welden, et. al. v. Obama
Ankeny is one of the dumbest court rulings you will ever find. Beyond that, what kind of idiot cites another state's rulings when he is in a different state?
God! This nation is full of IDIOTS!
Bath-House didn't even show UP for the Malihi court.
Good point. So much for the canard that Deal is obsessed with Obama’s alleged birth certificates. Even after the Secretary of State advised Obama to present some kind of evidence, they decided they didn’t need any and that they could rely on a decision that also never saw a birth certificate and one that never declared Obama to be Constitutionally eligible. Sounds like Deal is an Obama supporter.
