I've bene thinking this myself, but only if they make the effort. So far, I'm not aware of that happening, but there is still some time to go after that prize.

Are you out of your mind? I live in this state and I can tell you positively that Obunghole has California in the bag.
If each COUNTY could cast an electoral vote based on which candidate won the COUNTY popular vote, Romney/Ryan would win 2/3rds of the state. Unfortunately that’s not the way the system works, this state is ruled by the crack-heads and well-fare queens and kings in about 4 or 5 locations in this state.
Those of us who live and work out here in what they call the sticks are constantly overruled by the bastions of SEIU corrupt, craptitude called; Los Angeles, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Sacramento and a few other major population centers.
The liberal/ progressive pukes have controlled the coastal strip and state capitol for over 30 years, and as long as they do, the rest of us are screwed.
