David Letterman bitter - can't swallow Romney's last night win
Posted on 10/04/2012 8:43:04 PM PDT by Milagros
He start off his show, as he tries bashing Romney... But he is too angry at his beloved Obama for losing. I start feeling sympathy for poor Dave...

Well in the 80s, Letterman had an appeal as a sort of grumbling, self-deprecating underdog/everyman, who would poke at the pretentiousness of the Hollywood bigwigs and cultural elite. But over time, he gradually became one of them himself, and developed into a really mean-spirited, elitist bully who no longer knocked the cultural system but became a smug defender of it. A really loathesome piece of work, who picks soft and easy targets for his condescending wrath. And a disgusting perv to boot. After the Palin incident, I truly look forward to the day I see this scumbag’s name in the obituary column.

Watch for Craig Ferguson to replace David Letterman on The Late Show within the next 2-3 years at the rate things are going. After what happened to Letterman with the sex scandal, the management at CBS are starting to get nervous.

Actually Romney SHOULD appear on Letterman.
Have ol' Dave make jokes to the future President's face.
Make him EAT IT!

Letterman lost his way when Leno got the Tonight Show gig, and he’s never been the same since. He’s the guy who is always second banana; always the bridesmaid, never the bride. And now that he’s old and has no shot at ever being Number One, he’s become humorless and bitter.
I really enjoyed his Late Night show in the ‘80s and ‘90s. But now? His show is totally unwatchable.

Letterman should move to France — just in time for the 75% tax on incomes on $1 million Euros or more goes into effect. Letterman and Hollande deserve each other.

Once he got caught boinking interns he had to seek refuge in the party where those actions are revered, not condemned.

Conservatives need to refer to Letterman as “unconvicted rapist David Letterman.” He sexually harassed interns and employees into having sex with him and, therefore, it’s at least as accurate as his calling Romney a felon.
