Actually, “Federalist Party” or something similar would be a good name for the new party.
Federalist Party—The Party of George Washington—Not a bad name—Or the Constitutional Party, even the Neo-Whigs. A real grass roots Tea Party based party would do it—IF the GOP fails to elect Mitt, or once in power fails to lead—Then they should be discarded like a used tampon.
