One of Rollins’ missteps: He’s the one who told @MicheleBachmann John Wayne was born in Waterloo. Recalled it from a Reagan campaign stop.

I’ll be waiting for the apology that will never come from all those Bachmann supporters that called us every name in the book when we said Rollins was gonna tank her campaign.

Sorry Norm, but they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. It's like that when a candidate takes on so much water that it becomes apparent their ship is going down. Folks quit posting articles about them, and some act like they never knew anything about them.

I was also slammed hard for saying that Ed Rollins was a huge mistake on Michelle's part, and that she screwed up even worse by not publicly making amends with Sarah over the rotten things Ed said about her.

I don't expect any of those who belted me to come to me now and admit that I was right about that scum bag. Such is life. Game On!

Michael Moriarty, at Big Hollywood:

“I don’t think Sarah Palin has any alternative but to run in the 2012 Republican primary. Her clearly stated analysis of ‘Crony Capitalism’ in Iowa yesterday places her in her own, wonderfully unique territory for a Republican candidate”

I think a couple of the die hards will pop up...and blame Palin for Bachmann going south. You see, Palin sabotaged MBs campaign by not announcing and the uncertainty, combined with the evil baseless attacks from Palin cultists such as your and myself, among many others on FR was the reason for it all.
The fact that we were right has nothing to do with it. Nor did the GOP who want Romney/Perry and PROVIDED Rollins to Bachmann to begin with.

Sadly I fully expect to see something like this posted soon.
I also expect to see many go to Perry rather than face up to it...then start the same crap all over again.

Mitt drew 38 people, while Sarah drew about 1000.

My guess is that Mitt is about to get very embarrassed.

Yeah, we Palinistas had better get used to being blamed for a lot of stuff.

I’ll bet we’re responsible for drawing all the nasty attacks against the Tea Party, too. I mean, the goddess of our cult is inciting all of the usually ‘tolerant’ and ‘inclusive’ moonb....I mean members of the Democrat party to violence, isn’t she?

Maybe I should retire to Trollhenge and shower some of the pillars with golden offerings, as penance. Whaddya think?

Nobody really wanted luke warm fred, while Palin is the hottest item in the 2012 election, regardless of party.

Not counting the mediot crews, Romney had 38 people sunday, while Palin had about 1000.

Is that right? I also hear that Bachmann drew about 80 people to some event she spoke at last week. Ouch!

Yet, I've been told by Longbow1969 that Palin doesn't stand a chance because she's got no "serious" campaign apparatus, and needs "serious" advisers. Not only that, we're not supposed to take note of measurable metrics such as these, but instead, place our entire faith in "serious" polls.

I think that is why the complicit press usually just show more flattering photos.

As Chief Druid of Trollhenge I advise all cult members to make the pilgrimage as often as possible with a sense of urgency. A personal offering of some type is best. Something from within. Give a part of yourself, humbly, yet forcefully and the detractors will surely bathe in the warmth of our devotion. Let it out Brother, don’t hold back and unseen servants of the goddess may well smile upon our meager offerings. And be sure to write your name upon the shifting sands so that future generations will evermore know of your presence here. ;)

Well I for one believe in Lech Walessa. I know of no more serious Pole than he. ;)

“She’s in”

Nonsense (and I write this with Palin being my #1 choice).

She isn’t “in” until the moment she states unequivocally that she “is a candidate” for the nomination.

‘Til then — not so.

Just sayin’....

My guess is that Mitt is about to get very embarrassed.

It is very hard to predict how NH primary elections will turn out since "independent" voters can choose to take a primary ballot from either party. So when one party has no primary challenger they all flock to the other party.

This year it will be the Republicans that get all of the "independents". A lot of them are really unregistered Democrats or liberals so we end up with a mishmash of voters in the primary. A lot of them won't even vote for the candidate they supported in the primary in the general election.

The real Republicans I have spoken to are in no mood for Mitt Romney. He's got the support of the professional political types, since they are smart enough to hedge their bets, and he's got money to spend. He also will appeal to the "independents" - particularly the liberals heading for the Republican primary. But he is a long way from having real grass roots support.
