Palin will not run but will instead endorse Rick Perry. Then it will be a contest between Perry and Romney with conservatives lining up behind Perry and liberals (Reps and crossover Dems) behind Romney.
The sad thing is someone like Bachmann could make it a three person race if conservatives had closed the GOP primaries. Too late now I suppose.

Palin will not run but will instead endorse Rick Perry. And so ends her political career, IMHO. Her greatest supporters would never rally the way they are willing to right now ever again. It'd feel like "Ross Perot II".
OTOH, if that's what she wants, to step down from the political limelight, more power to her.
