He has a nice hair piece.
Did he used to sing with Journey?
Is he the governor from Texas who wanted to force girls to take that vaccine and it finally came out that he had something to gain by it?
What do I think of him? Not much.
He would make a good President.
As a Texan, not much
He has 2 first names.

af_vet_rr summed it up nicely in post # 194.
Pay attention to what Texans say. It’s not good for Perry.
As governor of Texas, I preferred Bill Clements.
It would be interesting... He could set it up like this-
“While employment floundered in the US, Texas had a net gain of...”
“While most city governments and the federal gov’t are awash in debt, Texas had a net surplus of...”
Stuff like that. It just might perk up some ears.
Rick does a whole lot more right than he does wrong.
John Wayne he is not.
Not famous enough, will not win.
Coward.
Gov Nanny State
First the negatives:
Trans-Texas Corridor
HPV Vaccination
Border Security (although he has been blocked by the feds on several attempts at major moves on that end)>
Positives:
Pro-Life
Pro-2nd Amendment
Pro-Military
Anti-Tax
Pro-Business
To a lot of Texans he is a RINO, but by our standards, that still makes him further Right than most governors in this country.
I don’t think he will run for President. He has expanded his ranch and is building on his house. I think he is happy where he is.
Depends on which Rick Perry you are talking about.
Campaign Rick Perry is a small-gov’t, strong immigration conservative.
Safely elected Rick Perry is a nanny-state, soft borders, go-along-to-get-along weasel.
So far, so good.
He’s out.
1. Perry Supported the Trans Texas Corridor
2. Perry opposed the Border fence.
He’s not “the chosen one” the Oracle has foretold.
He's an absolute moron.
All hat and no cattle.Pass.
