I like Palin.

Alot. She's right on darn near every issue, a Western semi-(l)ibertarian in the Goldwater mold...my favorite political persuasion.

However, when she came out with a advocacy of intervention in Libya she lost my vote. It would have been different if she had come out in favor of an assassination of Daffy Duck without any real intervention in the civil war there...but she jumped the shark on this one and showed herself a neophyte simply opposed to Obama.

That, and the fact she has not put a R E A L and specific proposal in front of us to fix the fiscal mess.

Platitudes about freeing the private sector and opposition to Obamacare...sure. She's there.

But what about something SPECIFIC?

A lot of folks compare her to Reagan in how the press dismisses her. That's true.

But everyone should remember: When Reagan ran he put forth very specific POLICIES in addition to political platitudes.

Still, I like her.

She’s in over her head on foreign policy, among other things.

You post is a perfect example of why someone needs to tell her to stop the tweeting, facebooking, and the commenting about events large and small.

The one who has knowledge uses words with restraint, and whoever has understanding is even-tempered.

My sister Brenda is right on every issue too but she would make a lousy POTUS.

Talking the talk when you don't have a real job (one with actual consequences) is one thing. Having the experience and capabilities to handle the toughest job on the planet is something else.

IMO, she(both Brenda and Palin) fall far short.
