Neither Newt nor John Edwards have any chance at elected office in the future and that is why.
It took you over 15 minutes to get here? Is the Palinoia Posse slowing down or are you just busy today?
I also despise the little tub of leftwing lard.

When I read things like this it makes me want to lay money down on Newt ending up the VP candidate or as Sec of State or somesuch, given recent history.
Golly, I can’t think of any conservative women who don’t like Newt! He has such lovely silver hair!
“Newt Gingrich is no better than any Democrat these days. He has become part of the establishment no longer concerned about regular Americans”
Not just that. When he actually did fight against the establishment, he epically failed (as they say on the interwebs). Sticking by him would be like defending Custer. Forget him; he’s dead to us.
The Perfect Pictures for Our Tell All Tea Party Brochure on Newt Scumwich’s Conservative Principaled Past! Can You imagine all the Dirt the Left has collected on this Opportunist?

When is the last time anything written by any media outlet with the words New York in the title meant anything. Just another shallow attempt to drive a wedge in to what might be the most powerful, truly conservative GOP ticket out there at the moment.
Hey, Newt, if You or one of you Gophers are reading this thread, so You don’t have any misconceptions, let’s say it as clear as possible!
YOU AINT THE MAN FOR US!
The problem with Newt Gingrich, for me, is that he is an elitist. He’s very intelligent, but he keeps trying to rub our noses in the fact that he thinks he’s smarter than the rest of us and Sarah Palin, too.
There is NO WAY Sarah Palin wrote that. She doesn't think like that.
Well, Newt turned bad during the clinton years even before he left congress over his marital shennanigans.
Sarah has a good instinct for these guys. (Or gals, in the case of Lisa Murkowski.)
I remember trying to persuade fellow Freepers way back when that Newt was betraying everything he said he stood for, but many refused to believe it. I think when he stood up more recently and passionately argued for Dede Scozzafava against her Conservative opponent, most Freepers were finally convinced.
But the leftist media will continue to pretend that he is a conservative icon—kind of like McCain’s “Republican” daughter.
Sarah Palin kind of sounds like Markos Moulitsas. Also sounds like him(?) when shes praising USCode Title IX, the womens college sports affirmative action clause, or when shes calling former Senator Santorum a knuckle-dragging Neanderthal. If that what she thinks of Santorum, does she also see herself as a fish-clubbing Cro-Magnon?
Well, seeing that she was a student athlete and likely benefited from Title IX, that might just be why she praised it. Not necessarily an Ideological statement so much as a practical reality...
And she DIDN’T call Santorum a “knuckle-dragging Neanderthal.” She said she’d let his WIFE do that :-)
What an a%#h_!e.

...she’s obsessed with her portrayal in the media, with gossip about her family....

If this nitwit was talking about some progressive, the candidate/politician would be “managing his image” and “protecting his family’t privacy”. My loathing of the left increases dramatically every day.
What??? Newt left Congress(right after winning reelection in his home congressional district)because the Republican caucus voted him out of the Speaker of the House position. He could have had just about any committee chair, but if he couldn't be Speaker, he wasn't going to do anything for our Country. I cringe every time I read or hear anything about him thinking about running for President.
Well, I despise Newt Gingrich too!
