I dont know if this is illegal or not in some or any localities in the US, but I would have a bunch of Obama (head/shoulders photo) stickers about 12" x 12" with strong adhesive backing, made up in the thousands. Nothing else--no words, nothing. Just Obongo's BIG SMILING FACE. Maybe his official presidential portrait.

And late at night, go around and affix them to the corners of the campaign signs that are up for the Democratic Congressional candidate, if he is) an incumbent; and b) in any significant way supported Obama's election and his first two years of policies.

Technically it really is not defacing or destroying anything as you are not tearing anything down, AND you are not lying, because you are simply affixing "Obama" to an "Obama" supporter.

There would be a lot of adventurous, quick on their feet Young Republican types whom I think would love to do this over the next several weeks across the nation.

Just a thought.

It just seems bad marketing.

the medium is the message. Obama’s name everywhere and “vote democrat” the brain willnot register the way you think just the medium. This is going to backfire.

I see your point. Yes. But, if the Democrats are viscerally p*ssed about it, somebody's on to something.

See if they start freaking and demanding the signs be taken down.

If said so in earnest, then we have hit a nerve.

Then drive the battering ram right through them. Put up even more.
