The 3rd is FURLOUGH FRIDAY!

Well. I wonder if the democrats in Sacto have a clue as to how much money the state lost this morning by not having a budget.

Thanks to furlough Friday imposed by the court system, all state offices are again ordered closed every Friday until a state budget is passed.

I don't have a figure on the amount of money the state just paid out today to every person on welfare today but it's a pile of cash for sure.

The point? The loss of one days interest to the state treasury on billions of dollars just paid out this morning is actually a pile of cash by itself. A direct loss to Californians because of demoncrats.

Maybe they should try Furloughs for Tuesday through Friday? I would imagine they could save a lot of money if they only ran the State for one day a week. See, simple solution!!!

I’m with you. Pure democracy. Let’s all vote on bills EVERY FRIDAY!

The will of the voters.

I notice that in my state of Washington the furloughs always coincide with long weekends for the poor state workers......imagine having a 4 day weekend off instead of just 3....imagine not having any state services for 4 days instead of 3....

what we all know is that most of us would welcome an extra day off without having to call in sick or use a vacation day....
