To my mind, civil rights means equal rights. We in no way practice equal rights, we practice special rights. If we wish to practice equal rights, we first have to start treating everyone the same. Try flat tax and merit scholarships absent a color identifier and we might start seeing what real civil rights look like. Spare me the pretentious BS.
