The wife of freshman Democratic Congressman Walt Minnick, A.K. Lienhart Minnick, handed out the first-ever Not Sarah award Saturday morning at the Idaho State Democratic Convention at the Coeur dAlene Casino in Worley. The award was given to the partys vice-chair Jeanne Buell, also of Worley, for her work within the party.
Minnick, giving a speech to the Womens Caucus at the convention, said that Buell is someone who inspires other women without saying you betcha, a phrase for which Republican superstar Sarah Palin is known. Minnick praised Buell for being someone who is well-read, inspiring, and actively working to improve the Idaho Democratic Party.
Minnick encouraged the women to pass the award around to others on a yearly basis, which Buell promised to do next year.
After seeing the picture of the “award” and the woman who received it, it sounds like old fashioned jealousy to me. And pure stupidity, as it was Tina Fey, NOT Sarah Palin, who made that statement about Russia. Seems the jealous, DemocRAT women can’t separate truth from Hollywood.
This is childish and pathetic. Something that valley girls would pull at a posh CA high school.
I may be wrong, but lets see...
Promote abortion and women get the “Not Sarah” medal with
suction curettage clusters.
Pathetic pretty much sums it up.
If they are DemocRAT “females”, you can bet your sweet *** they’re “Not Sarah”. Elsie the cow maybe, but NOT SARAH!
An entire political party of Joe McGinnises.
I swear, every one of these people would move up to Wasilla if they could, just to be near the object of their obsession.
Minnick praised Buell for being someone who is well-read, inspiring, and actively working to improve the Idaho Democratic Party.

Interesting, she is working for the betterment of the party, not for the improvement of the people of her state!
they should reneme it the “I’m not anything” award....pathetic
Not sure what Palin has to do with Idaho politics, as the point of having state party conventions is to criticize the other party and offer your proposals. Obviously, the ID Dems have nothing to offer to Idaho which is why they have to attack Palin. This “award” is just carrying the Left’s water that Palin is dumb, Palin is an idiot, etc.
I’d like to see the woman (or man) who gets up at a Dem conclave and says they’re pro-life. I don’t care what they’ve done for the Dem Party, their prospects for future employment in the Donkey Party will be nil. Being for unrestricted abortion is the only thing most of the female Dem party members care about. Every other issue is way down on the list of importance.
Sarah has to be “pleased as punch” (Dim phrase) at the amount of free pub that the Lefty clowns continue to lavish on her.
Not only childish and pathetic but downright stupid as well. Idaho loves Sarah Palin and claims her because she was born there— up in the panhandle of Minnick’s district, if I’m not mistaken. Minnick, already vulnerable to getting the pink slip, is just improving his chances of doing so by going along.
“Minnick encouraged the women to pass the award around to others on a yearly basis, which Buell promised to do next year.”
This sounds like it might be in your neighborhood.
Perhaps grounds for a good FReeping. ;^)
Typical libs.
Meanwhile, this fraud Minnick is cruising to re-election in Idaho with idiots there snowed into believing he’s a “conservative.” Obviously no conservative would be countenancing an attack on another conservative, not even by his wife. Wake up Idaho! Give Minnick another term and he’ll feel confident enough to become a Pelosi drone like so many of the other Blue/lapdog Democrats have become.
Ping for later.
