1. Base pay on experience + a set evaluation program (test scores + lesson plan creation + extra-curricular participation).
2. DESTROY ALL UNIONS EXCEPT FOR LEGAL DEFENSE AGAINST LITIGIOUS PARENTS.
3. Gut curriculum consulting - allow teachers to receive stipends for doing this. Retirees don’t need to be paid 200K to create curriculum no teacher will implement.
4. KILL THE NEA.

Conservatism will not make much headway unless we as conservatives infiltrate public schools. Don’t like the way teachers are? Become one and do it. Don’t like the way schools are run? Become a school administrator, superintendent, or run for school board. Don’t like what is taught in schools? Bombard your state-level officials with alternative curricula. These steps are indeed possible....and often ignored.

Democrats are wrong on just about everything. How can so many people be so outrageously wrong?

The problem with this philosophy is that Education is a STATE matter NOT federal. If Republicans use this a national campaign issue, it will contradict claims that education is a state matter.
