Sara Palin has done a lot of good for conservatives.

Yes, she has. I wholeheartedly agree with that.

Backing McCain undoes a lot of that good.

Only to liberals and Palin-haters. The rest of us understand why she's doing this, and continue to support her.

Bet you slammed Sarah for resigning the Governorship, too.

Nope, thought it was the best move she could make.
Still do.
Depends on what she does with the time she bought.

McCain, largely because of Palin.

Now, who do you want in 2012?

I hope your answer is "a conservative" as opposed to "the person I've welded my future to before the thing actually plays out"

RUSH: “However, if you’re Sarah Palin, the one thing you know is that if it weren’t for John McCain, nobody would know who you are right now.”

I disagree with Rush Limbaugh on this response.

I knew exactly who Sarah Palin was before McCain picked her for her VP. I even lobbied for her on this form before he did facing much criticism from fellow FR posters in this forum for even doing so.

I voted for Sarah Palin.

The hell you did, you voted for John McCain. And if John McCain was good enough to get your vote for President, why isn't he good enough to be Senator?

See how you can twist that kind of logic around?

Of course you did, but most people didn't and wouldn't know anything about her today but for John McCain.

I knew about her before Rush, from William Kristol way before she was picked. IMO, she’d better off if McCain hadn’t picked her. I hope she runs for Senate.

Well I for one was ready for a fresh face in the old while men Republican party and knew Sarah Palin was dynamic. If others didn’t, that’s their own fault for being uninformed.

Only libs & REgressives 'hate' Pallin. I hate her support of McAmnestia because it's as if she aligns herself with everything she has said she's against. Here she is, of and a big part of Alaska, has worked hard to get that pipeline moving, and Juan McCain has voted against any efforts to drill for oil in the lower 48 and in ANWR. And he favors Cap & Trade! He has done nothing but encourage the people invading the US, met with leaders of LaRaza & Reconquista, and fought every attempt to close the border or crack down on businesses hiring illegals.

here is a bill McCain is currently pushing: http://sonoranweeklyreview.com/?p=2531

Ain’t it just amazing. Two posters in a 30 post thread who actually knew about Sarah Palin before McCain chose her for his VP.

I haven’t listened to Rush Limbaugh for years, and this is just one example of why I don’t.

But you see when you decline to vote for the lesser you get the greater out of default.

McCain knows damn well the position his request for support from Sarah would cause. HE is trying to manipulate her popularity AGAIN for his benefit only, even if it destroys Sarah’s conservative credentials.

McCain is the snake he always has been...

Sarah is just an honest victim AGAIN!!!
