"If democraps win in November they will have that ONE VOTE."Don't worry. All of the "Principled Conservatives" are going to either vote third party or sit this one out to "send a message". The RATS will get more than one more vote thanks to the "Principled Conservatives".

Too late for the gun issue at that level. The precedent has been set and a new court won't overturn it. Besides the conservative majority will continue to dominate for the next decade.
I rubbed it in to all my liberal acquaintances 7.5 years ago that when Bush was elected that the most important thing he would accomplish is to swing the court to the right side of issues. It really PO’d them and to this day I remind them every chance I get. This decision is defiantly going to give me some more liberal-socialist smashing ammunition. I will not miss a chance to remind them of their socialist failure to disarm our free society.

And we will still have our guns.

Fortunately, the oldest justices on their last legs are Ginsberb and Stevens. Both super libs. It would be nice to replace them with good conservatives, but the makeup will not change if they retire. Also, if another 2A issue comes up, the Chief justice does not even have to grant certori since the issue has already been decided. The lower courts have to follow this ruling.

Because of the actions of the GOP and the President, a dem win is almost assured.
