...The RATS will get more than one more vote thanks to the "Principled Conservatives".

If you cared so much about this, why didn't you and the rest of the GOP put up someone who could win the election? If you depended on conservatives to carry the win as opposed to what most of the GOP now is, then you ef'd up. The blame doesn't lay with the "principled conservatives" (as you intone, a bad thing), it is with the rest of the GOP.

Casting blame (albeit early blame - you actually KNOW what's coming, don't you). You knew it when his 'rightness' was coronated via the MSM and NYT without even going through 1/3 of the primaries.

Why don't you climb down off your high horse and do some studying? First of all, we didn't get your damned memo directing us to vote for your own, pure candidate. It was a primary election and the majority of the votes (Not mine, mind you, not that it makes a damned bit of difference in your narrow mind!) were for John McCain. So, you and your ilk failed to muster a sufficient number of votes for your sufficiently pure enough candidate.

So, go ahead and sulk and whine and sit on your hands and send us a message. The problem is that the message you are sending is "I am a dupe of the RAT Party!"

Now run along and whimper somewhere else.

“...why didn’t you and the rest of the GOP put up someone who could win the election?”

While I don’t particularly agree with McCain....Even W was almost perceived as “too right wing” to win an election. The reality of modern USA politics..is that the “ideal” candidate for each party is too extreme to win the general. What we got here ..is that we forced the Dems into their “extreme” candidate...while we got a more middle-of-the-road candidate...who undoubtedly will win this fall.

Well, the fact is the GOP doesn’t want any conservatives. They have “moved on” from that.
