This is why a lot of people wanted Fred Thompson in the race. Who do you trust? Mitt today or Mitt from...whenever he changed his mind on abortion. What? Three years ago? That doesn't smack of a real change of heart more than a political calculation. If the abortion issue doesn't bother you then listen to Mitt run from the "Reagan-Bush" years.
TOPICS: Massachusetts; Campaign News; Issues; Parties
KEYWORDS: 2008; banglist; election; electionpresident; elections; evangelicals; flipflop; gayfriendly; gaymarriage; gop; gungrabbers; homosexualagenda; independent; logcabingop; mittromney; proabortion; prochoice; republicans; rinoromney; ronaldreagan
Pro-gay, pro-abortion, pro-gun control, anti-Reagan and anti-Christian. Yeah, that's the guy we want on the GOP ticket!

You don't understand. Mitt was always a conservative. He was just doing that so that he could get elected and appoint liberal Democrat and gay judges and then ...um...be..ah...for President..um...Conservative. Yeah, that's it. That's the ticket!

It seems we are lazy and lack the fire in the belly you Fredheads have.

That ad was put together by the Log Cabin Republicans a month or so ago. Like everyone else that Mitt used for political gain and threw away, the Log Cabin Republicans are not pleased with him.

Give me a break - that ad was made a month ago by the Log Cabin Republicans. It’s not a Romney ad. All the Romney haters around here have some great allies (Log Cabin Republicans, Boston Globe, Chris Mathews, etc)

You are right that the ad was not a Romney ad vintage 1994. I corrected my blog post to reflect that. They just used Romney's own words. BTW, I consider Log Cabin Republicans to be Republicans and they shouldn't be bunched in with Chris Matthews and the liberal media. If you can support Romney, a man who only recently, and quite conveniently, decided to oppose Roe v Wade then you should have a little respect for these guys.

That last post was from me, not BCBuster.

LOL! ALL politicians are calculating opportunists. Winning’s the name of the game. (ie., Clinton, Obama, Edwards, Huckabee, Rudy, Mitt, McCain, Hunter, Paul, etc). If you don’t believe that, you’ve got your head up your A... Some Freepers are mind blowingly naive. But Mitt is the one I most respect ;-)
