Well, I think Rudy G will split the GOP. His presidency would be a train wreck worse than Jimmy Carter.

The speculation about Fred Thompson has taken some wind out of Giuliani’s sails, but he’s still in the game.

I think Rudy Giuliani will be a superb president. The first sentence tells me everything I need to know about the author.

I think Rudy - vs. - Mitt - vs. - Fred is where we are headed.
I like it - we have putting forward a very solid set of candidates.
We just need (in my opinion) Hillary to carry the Dems nomination.
I think she will be easy to defeat - I really do.
To: Clintonfatigued
but what I most admire is his record of fiscal conservatism. No politician who wants taxpayers to pay for abortions can be considered a fiscal conservative in any way, shape or form. Forbes is a liar.

Honest answer - a simple lack of intolerance for opposing views.
Very very sad to see this kind of thing inside the GOP.
This idea that you must conform your dialog or you will be cut out - it’s contrary to everything I have been taught about political discourse.
What can anyone learn from people who think the same way on the issues?
Really sad to see this happen.
FR is such a great sight - so many smart people.

I just won $20 bucks.
I told a buddy in the office “watch, this guy is going to say that George Will is an idiot”.
Too funny - too predictable.

I’m glad I haven’t been kicked out (check my tagline, for one example). But it helps that I try to find good articles and am not a combative person.

Some things are very obvious. Will’s idiocy on this subject, for example. And yours in support of someone like liberal Rooty.

And you sir - are kind - understanding - open to opposing views - warm - and what else - let’s see.

Openness to liberal views is hardly a virtue.
