Honest answer - a simple lack of intolerance for opposing views.
Very very sad to see this kind of thing inside the GOP.
This idea that you must conform your dialog or you will be cut out - it’s contrary to everything I have been taught about political discourse.
What can anyone learn from people who think the same way on the issues?

FR is such a great sight - so many smart people.
I’m glad I haven’t been kicked out (check my tagline, for one example). But it helps that I try to find good articles and am not a combative person.

better answer would be that most of them decided that flaming others with opposing views and trying to force liberal dogma down the throats of conservatives on a conservative website is what got them banned.
