DeLay has been polling very poorly. Furthermore, Republicans might be able to clear the field. At the very least, they could give David Wallace the financial backing to remind voters to write in his name. Other write-in candidates won't have that option.

Well what Republicans should do, is persuade all other candidates to drop out for the one single candidate they decide on.
If they have more than one candidate, it's just not gonna work,especially since they are write-in candidates.
This shouldn't be too hard, should it?
