Who is Jamin Potamkin and why is he running for Governor of PA

I sold some items to a customer of my eBay store this week, and today a packaged arrived from him in the mail with a cover letter and several letters to Senator Rick Santorum, Chief Deputy Attorney General Frank Fina, Arlen Specter, Vincent Fumo, Attorney General Tom Corbett or Pennsylvania. The cover letter speaks of how he was wrongly incarcerated for a crime and how he compares his incarceration with serving time in a domestic war, and how after March 16, 2006 he will stop paying taxes and that he challenges the government to come after him.

On the face of it, this is not the kind of letter that would inspire me to vote for Mr. Potamkin, but I do admire his passion and of course he gets bonus points for being a contributor to the GOP and Bush/Cheney campaigns (Just google "Jamin Potamkin").

Can anyone tell me more about Mr. Potamkin and what he's so upset about and how exactly he plans to win the Governorship in 2006? I didn't see any agenda in his letters other than anger at his wrongful incarceration for an unspecified crime.

Mr. Potamkin is certainly an interesting person to see on paper, but I know nothing about him other than that he is an heir to a fortune made in car dealerships, that he is angry, that he runs a business importing a Danish chocolate milk drink called Cocio, and that he wants to run for Governor of Pennsylvania. From what I see now he doesn't have much of a chance of winning on the anger ticket, but I'd like to know about this intriguing story I find myself in the middle of.
