Yes, you are welcome to Nevada, Utah, or any other state that you go to while fleeing California...just so long as you don't turn any of them into California lite. In Utah at least, Califnornians seem to be bent on turning this place into the next socialist mecca. Obviously, Cali didn't work and is broke, so don't try to turn the rest of the country into Cali. I may live in Utah and be originally from Nevada, but I have no intention of turning Utah into Nevada lite, although sometimes it is fun to laugh at how Utahans continually fund Nevada schools by thier stubborn refusal to do a state lottery or have casinos, among other things.

Yes, we welcome all California righties that are trying to escape socialism. That one is in the bag.

Those that I spoke of were liberals that were leaving their disastrous policies and applying them to Nevada. They don't work, but these people don't seem to understand that.

Get them to think about why they left California.

First of all, Dean Heller takes votes from Carson City, where he once served in the legislature. Dawn Gibbons has a base in Reno. Sharon Angle is a rural-based candidate.

Also, Dean Heller is the party establishment candidate, particularly establishment types who are hostile towards Jim Gibbons. Ideologically, he's slightly more conservative than Dawn Gibbons but considerably less so than Angle.

Sounds like an interesting race. But if it's three-way, it's possible that even a rural candidate could squeak through if the RINO vote is split. Of course, Angle would need to corral all the conservatives. It won't be easy, since some will undoubtedly just transfer their votes from one Gibbons to another, stupidly assuming that they must have the same views.
