I was not aware of that. I know Sam Nixon. He used to be my delegate (before reapportionment). I just sent him the following:

With all due respect Sam, what the heck are you doing proposing a tax INCREASE???

With the budget surplus, you guys ought to be fighting to the death to give us our money back that Warner and Chichester took fraudulently.

But now I see you co-sponsoring an increase with one of last year's 17 traitors. [Preston Bryant]

I don't care what the reasoning is. The state has too much of the people's money.

And I'm very disappointed that you want to take even more. I won't forget it.
