If we really want to get the dems in a tizzy, we should talk up Jeb Bush for president.

I like Tancredo-but I don't know enough about him to get heavily involved in a campaign to get him to run.

Bush got 45% of the hispanic vote in this election. Tancredo would get what?

The best thing the Democrats could do for their long-term chances is to help Tancredo get the GOP nomination.

I respectfully disagree.......I love Tancredo, but I think he is currently in the political office that will serve America the best: the House of Representatives. If we could find more people with his commotted, princopled conservative stand--& elect enuff of them nationwide to form a House majority--Big Government would DISAPPEAR, because it wouldn't get the funding that the Constitution requires to be drawn up w/in the House.

I have another candidate: how 'bout J.C. WATTS???

He is a CLASS ACT, a true conservative, very intelligent, & from what I've seen, he always has a smile on his face. I really admire him & would be PROUD to call Mr. Watts my President. Anyone agree w/ me here?

Tancredo would be skewered by just about EVERY Democratic candidate.

He is, much like Hillary, very polarizing. You don't win elections with 34% of the vote. I seriously doubt Tancredo would pull ANY moderate voters and would push away some conservatives along the way....

the GOP has better options. Let's hope they use them....

"I think Tom Tancredo would be the best choice for President in 2008."

Don't forget 2012.

I would like to see him reelected.

Tancredo is right: Friday, January 7, 2005: Has U.S. threatened to vaporize Mecca?
