(PRWEB) October 26, 2004 -- An Undecided Voter Form is now available at the site of Scipolicy-The Journal of Science and Health Policy, http://scipolicy.net. It is presented as a public service and strictly non-partisan method of analyzing one's personal perspectives about the candidates for President of the United States. The election is on Tuesday, November 2, 2004. It is not a poll or a survey. It is a voter's personal inventory, analysis, and assessment of the candidates.
The author is Stephen Miles Sacks, Ph.D. who is Editor and Publisher of Scipolicy Journal (http://scipolicy.net). "The form-analysis is an adaptation of the method of "Force Field Analysis" (Kurt Lewin and related literature.) The method is widely used in the field of applied behavioral science to assess information/data used in decision making," explains Sacks.
"Many voters are both positive and negative to the same and well as different aspects of the candidates. The form gives voters a comfortable and interesting way to assess the information," states Sacks.
Sacks is co-author with William Tash of the book: "THE PAYOFF-Evaluating Research Centers, Institutes, and Consortia For Success!"
