Remember the stolen FBI records? I'm wondering if there hs been any movement on this, because for such a notable crime it certainly went away quickly. The conventional wisdom is that the records were stolen by Republicans, but I think Kerry is the one who would want them to vanish. You'd think the press would be all over this, especially if it meant catching the GOP in a Watergate-style break in. Of course, if it were pals of Kerry who did the dirty work, that would explain why the story went away so quickly.

CNN is wrong about the Republicans and you are wrong thinking CNN might be right.
It's an accusation that I do not buy. As I said, I believe the Democrats have more to gain if the records vanish.
These were just copies of FBI records which were requested under the Freedom of Information Act. If someone else were to make the request for the same records, I'm sure additional copies would be made available - especially since they were already cleared for dispersal in the 1st instance. Let the curious make their request.
