Uhhhh? And the anti-Bush, anti-Capitalist Senior Associate and Director of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Joseph Cirincione is qualified to make an impartial judgement exactly HOW???!!! Frankly this says more about CNN than it does about Cirincione. After all, he never hides the fact that he is pro-European at his own nation's expense. Hey! CiriNcioNe!!! Scary but true!

I mean, do the Democrats pay him in cash, or does he just wanna have fun? Cuz everybody's living in an ideological world, and he's an ideological girl? I mean, I guess he thinks Republicans can't count, since he has to remind us that this historic event couldn't POSSIBLY have happened without the "10 years of international pressure on the Qaddafi regime." Doh, uh, which president was that?
