Does Fern have any chance to win the primary?

I have security fears regarding giving illegal aliens drivers liscences. Illegal aliens have not undergone background checks. What if the alien is using a false foreign ID? What if the alien is affiliated with organized crime? Or worse yet, what if the illegal alien is affiliated with a terrorist organization? I am not against immigration in principle. If immigrants want to live and/or work here, they should go through the legal channels.
