A Tuesday afternoon game, that sucks! So much for a productive afternoon at the office. Half my crew is going to end up with "doctor appointments" and "family emergencies." Damn.

This is actually a good thing. Another day to cool tempers on both sides.

I've already got my wife to give me a karmic hug this afternoon. Ah, she's an inventive lass. Inspired by Bettie Page.

Made me forget a lot today.

Come on Sam....give the folks a break.

How many weekday afternoon games do they play any more?

I can remember running home from school to catch Jim Britt reading the teletype from Cleveland.

Now I'm almost retired and I love to sit on my porch on a warm October afternoon and watch the BoSox!

In the 50s the only commercial breaks were for Narragansett Beer...........now they hold up the game to get 5 spots in.

Anyway the delay will allow Zimmer to heal his bruises....what a dork!
