How do you access Chat on FR?

oh the vanities! PLZ HELP - I have tried and tried to figger this out - how do you access chat on FR?

I can't resist...since this is posted in "chat" you must be here.

Unless of course you posted this in "News" and it was moved, in that case shame on you!

But then again, you may never see this if you can't even find chat. Wow. The proverbial tree-falling-in-the-woods with-no-one-around syndrome.

this is a bulletin board - not instantaneous chat - I was referring to rfr chat.
