What's the statute of limitations on the acts Arnold is being charged with? You can bet if he's elected both the press (an arm of the Democratic Party); all of the Democrats and the NOW gang will push to bring charges against Arnold. My bet is they will go for it even before the election results are certified. Something like this will be totally in character for the anti-Republican crowd.

See, Arnold's situation is even more proof that before a person starts such a political campaign, he /she ought first to have goons and lawyers go back and bribe, extort, threaten any person who the would-be candidate ever had "negative" contact with and destroy any possible paper trail that might prove or lead to criminal activity.
