No, because there is a viable pro-life alternative.
No votes for traitors against the Right To Life, not even for county Dog Catcher.

Should read "Can a practising Roman Catholic in good conscience cast their vote in a way that would elect Bustamontie?" That would be a more accurate question.

That's my take, but I've seen quite a bit of interest in Arnold on this "conservative" news forum. Hence, my question.

It is the Church's responsibility to point others to Christ, NOT the state. That includes women who are thinking of aborting their babies. The church is called to care for the needs of women who want to keep their babies and we are not even doing that.
The one thing I have to say that is good is Arnold repented. It takes a mature person who believes that the "truth" works.
The truth is , if I decided to run for office, the dir on my past is tremendous. But yet today I am a different person because of my faith.

Arnolds pro choice and a social liberal - supports the homosexual agenda. Most likely his wife nor he would ever have any parts of an abortion nor would either engage in a same sex relation. I call that cold hypocrisy.
You ask a question that extends beyond Catholicism. Instead it questions ones views on hypocrisy and voter common sense. A conservative person has NO business supporting Arnold.

Forgot to mention I am NOT a RC or a Catholic.

From the RC point of view, Bustamante=Arnold. Both are unacceptable. I think this is part of the reason Tom M. is still getting significant votes. Otherwise, RCs would stay home.

On more thing. Arnold and Maria both consider themselves Catholic. I don't know if it is RC. I do know the Catholic church is coming down on pro choice people regardless of their wealth and who they are maried to SO maybe at a later date your church may have some unkind words to Arnold with his pro choice and homo stance. OR will it be another hypocritical issue because of the Kennedy connection?

Well I mean he admitted he did wrong. Where you are a Christian or not.. to do the right thing and say you are wrong ...if you are is the right thing to do.

If you know anything at all about New York City think about this......before Rudy,2300 murders per year, mostly minorities killed.
When Rudy left office, less than 600 murders per year.
If you care about your fellow man you will put aside your quest for the perfect candidate and seek the candidate that will do the most good for the entire community.
We don't have the option of standing by and doing nothing as lives are at stake and the livelihood of all Californians are at stake too.

Switching subjects from Arnold to the Butmesiter is silly, even from you. The question asked is
Can a Catholic vote for Arnold? I would hope Cahtolic, RC or otherwise would not even consider the Butmeister.

Many report to a higher Authority. When the higher Authority values life, I suggest followers heed His teachings regardless of what the "state" says is okay.
