Do they think banning abortion after the 12th week will increase the birth rate?

The liberal Western media says "No" because they don't want Russia to prove that restricting abortion might solve Western Europe's declining population.

I however think it could increase the Russian birth rate up from 1.3 million to 1.75 million births - at a minimum.

They Media says that it won't increase the birth rate because "90% of abortions in Russia are done before the 12th week of pregnancy". I believe that statement is false, because I believe I read that only 60% of abortions in Russia are performed before the 12th week of prgnancy.

I think this new restrictions on abortion could increase the Russian birth rate up from 1.3 million to 1.75 million births - at a minimum.
