That is NOT what you claimed he said!

You said Ivanov "Threatened to Attack Nato".

Ivanov said "He wold not rule out a pre-emptive attack".

That has been Russian policy since the end of the Cold war and is NOT new!

You are being paranoid about NOTHING.

Now it's your turn to give me a quote of a Russian president or defense minister not excluding a preemptive strike if the current situation (for the time of the quote) didn't change.
I know none. The only case we know for sure this happened was made public 25 years LATER !!! (Turkey 1962)
