My father once knew a woman who told him she knew the secret to success. She said it was to pick something, anything, and practice it, faithfully. Yoga, bowling, whatever. It has a sort of Zen-like truth to it. I guess her point was that it conditions the mind to believing in the concept of improvement, and it just might inspire those around you.
That said, I prefer Skittles. Sure, they're pretty much pure sugar and nutritionaly void. Don't care. I just can't eat too much chocolate at once. I can't tolerate that kind of sweetness too long.
