You mean besides being the CEO of a multi-million dollar corporation, serving in his country's armed forces, being a successful and popular actor and bodybuilder, heading many worthy causes including the Special Olympics, and leading the campaign to pass Proposition 49? Who knows more about California? Arnold or Tom?
Schwarzenegger knows that electing Bustamante to the governorship there by default would be a bad thing. Tom apparently does not.
