Who would you like to be our standard bearer in 2004?
I would like to see Tom Tancredo as the nominee. What do y'all think?

There are more around that feel similar to the way you do. I for one, have been bitting my lip, trying to give Bush the benefit of the doubt.
I will still vote for him for the simple reason of the way he handled 9-11, the war on terrorism, and the tax cuts. On the other hand, I think I can still complain about the corporate welfare, farm bill, education bill, amnesty, growth in govt(with the exception of defense), and not be called a Bush-hater or troll by any kneejerks. But like I said, I am giving him the benefit of the doubt, since the economy is picking back up, hopefully he will come out as a true conservative and not a big-govt moderate after he wins in '04.

Here's a tip: when you already have a screen name that invites ridicule, it is best not to post provocative vanities.

A 2004 Democratic ticket that includes Hillary (even as VP) would be a God-send to Bush. Arch-conservatives would rather put up with another four years of Bushics than have a Clinton-run White House. In reality, Bush is in trouble and he knows it. Why else would he send Ashcroft on the "USA Patriot Act Tour". Certainly not to bring liberals to his side. He sent him in an attempt to shore up his conservative base.

Although, I think you are a little over the top about Bush.... Please explian why you would support Tom Tancredo?
I have six brothers and sisters (that doen's include spouses, adult children and on on...) in the Denver area and they think he is a little nuts!
