Er, if I may interject something in your conversation with Tribune7…

produce [God] for inspection.

To use a metaphor, the distance between earth and the outer galaxies is so great that we must gather our knowledge by looking – not at them directly – but by the light emitted by them long ago.

Likewise, we who have the indwelling of the Spirit, can and do offer ourselves to you for your inspection. Ask what you will and we will pray for the Word and will respond as we are compelled of the Spirit.

The only caveat is that we are to know whether the answer is from the Spirit or the carnal inner man based on the fruits of the one speaking:

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. - Galatians 5:22-23

If you do not see these fruits in the person speaking, then the words spoken ought to be ignored. I've pinged a few others for your inspection.

Er, if I may interject something into the conversation:

Are you claiming that it is the "carnal inner man" you see speaking, and that "the words spoken ought to be ignored"?
