I'm hoping with you...............
It was the bus driver that informed hubby of the half day thing this morning.
5 minutes after he came back in and told me, the TV people finally mentioned it...........

Your house must be a real landmark, considering that the National Weather Service bothered to put a big black dot on the map for it!

I'm working out of the house today, all day since I've got to be here to get my water purification system refilled. And the pump guy will be here to begin installing the new pump. And I've got a new printer, scanner and business software to install in my spare time. Gabz and xsmommy, it looks like tomorrow afternoon is D-day where you guys are. I will be praying that you are both okay.

a co-worker and i were talking this AM about how in the olden days, prior to all the technology, that these things struck, suddenly, w/ no prep time etc. Her dad was a farmer in WV and we imagine that things were a lot like the Wizard of Oz, storms coming up, seemingly out of nowhere. So it is an advantage to be able to prepare, but it is also a drag to have to sit around and go on with daily life, waiting for it to happen, and knowing there is no way to avoid it.

Slowest response ever (but I just had some 'private time' to think about it): Given all the "quality time" they spend intimately together, I'm guessing they are equally clean.
To: Hegewisch Dupa
