The witch is slimier than a salamander, and wriggles out of the hands of the law leaving just as slimy a feeling in much the same way.

Still, she 'promised' not to run for sinator.
Then she 'promised' to 'listen' to the people of New York.
Then she 'promised' to fulfill her full term as NY sinator.
She hasn't kept any promises, and anyone who believes her is a fool.
And apparently NY state has enough of them to go around.
