Hello again w over w...

Your cat looks a lot like my Winnie. As a matter of fact, my brother saw the pic you had a couple of weeks ago with him/her (?) hanging on the handrail and asked me where I took that picture. Even this picture reminds me of the way she reacts when I squirt her with the "discipline gun." My other two run in fear but she will stand on her hind legs and bat at it.

She is the smartest cat I've ever had. She is the only cat I've ever had that learned tricks. She plays fetch with toy mice, bringing them back every time and dropping them on my feet. When I stop, she will sit for several minutes pawing at my legs, mewing at me, wanting me to throw it again. She also is amazingly quick and agile. I am 6'3" and I can hold a toy mouse in front of my face and she will jump from the floor to take it out of my hand. I've heard that cheetahs can run so fast because they have a long spine that acts as a spring. This is the way she is built so I'm guessing the same effect applies.

Just wondering if yours shows any extraordinary talents (other than handrail gymnastics - LOL) since they are so similar in appearance.

Pretty kitty!I've just been watching one of our kitties yowl at the baby raccoons in the atrium.

My son in law moved the hummingbird feeders out of reach for them as we figured out why our feeders were dry every morning.

The babies are very persistent in trying to figure out how to overcome this problem!

Thanks for the great pic and story. Good to see you've joined the weekly Kitty thread. I have to 'fess up. None of the pics I've ever posted are of my cats. Until I get off my lazy butt and go scan some pictures of our FOUR beauties (but we're hoping for digital camera for Christmas), I'll continue to post pics I find at a variety of "pet photos" web sites . . . there are hundreds of them.

One of my kitties "Cupcake" does look like yours (except for the bobcat tail) and she weighs 22lbs. She sleeps between the headboard and the back of my head so her "purring" really puts me to sleep.
