You would have been so proud of me this morning!!!
I talk care of getting missy off to school all by myself!!!
I vaguely remember hubby tip-toeing out of the bedroom with his clothes in his hand about 5:15. I knew he was going to be leaving early this morning, but he had said he would be leaving after the school bus.
I knew something was up when I really woke up at 6:00 and both dogs were in bed with me.
I knew I was on my own when I noticed his laptop was gone!!!

well i would hope that the very capable ms.gabz could take care of getting the media darling off to school all by herself. one kid is a piece of cake! ; ) i have no doubt you could get my 3 off as well, w/o breaking a sweat!

you do what you have to, and there are no heroics involved! though, i might whine some when xshub travels on biz later this month and i have to transport/retrieve the 3 to/from 3 diff schools on my own.

She is a very good juggler, isn't she? I couldn't do as well. But with Jax, you've got to get her dressed and fed, organize the press conference, line up talking points, schedule the interviews, screen out endorsements...she is a local celeb and these things are de rigeur.

we bought a big blotter-sized calendar, and have color coded each kid's activities/appts on it. xshub is anal retentive. it kind of helps! tonight is the first back to school night of the lot of them.

I have of those type claendars as well. Also school sends home a monthly calendar with all school activities listed.
For tomorrow it says : "Patriot's Day. Please help your child(ren) find something red, white, and blue to wear"

yes, we have the school calendars and just used that when all 3 were at st james. had to compile all 3 to one master this year though. xsteen asked me to get her some patriotic ribbon for her hairbow for tomorrow.
