OK, I am sick and tired of listening to all of these people. conservatives and liberals alike, piss and moan about how horrible the American Pit Bull Terrier is. I am 17 years old, and have been around the breed since I was 3 or 4. I have also had Dachsunds, Cocker Spaniels, German Shepherds, Labradors, and Rat Terriers, along with parrots and reptiles. Out of all my 17 years with these dogs, guess which breed has bitten me the most...my Cocker Spaniels...6 times in the last 3 years. Guess which dog has bitten me the least...my pit bullS <- thats right, multiple dogs. Want to know how many times, 0, never, nada, zip, zero. My APBT's have never bit me. Did I mention that all my dogs share a kennel? Oh yeah, did I also mention that THEY sleep in the house, in the bed, and are the most well mannered house dogs that my family has ever possessed. Everyone hypes up how horrible Pit Bulls are, when the truth is just the opposite. They ARE great dogs, they ARE well mannered, the ARE NOT monsters.
